FAQ's

Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or you may be charged. 

If you do not cancel within the time frame, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service. This is because these cancellations leave our team with empty appointment times that other guests could have enjoyed.

If you miss your appointment any deposit that you have paid will not be refunded. You will be offered to make a new appointment if possible

 If you arrive late, there is a chance we may not be able to guarantee your service, however, all effort will be made to reschedule for the same day. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and get comfortable.
