We are open 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5.30pm. We offer appointments during our daytime opening hours.

We are now offering all treatments

24hr notice for cancellations would be grateful or a charge can be made.

Deposits are taken at time of booking

If you miss your appointment any deposit that you have paid will not be refunded. You will be offered to make a new appointment if possible

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and get comfortable. If you arrive late, we may not be able to guarantee your service. 

We’re minimising the amount of people in our salon. We are operating a booking system to allow for cleaning  and turning around the treatment rooms

For parties of four or more, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans.
 
For single appointments please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans.
 
If you do not cancel within the time frame, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service. This is because these cancellations leave our team with empty appointment times that other guests could have enjoyed.
